Custom Tutu Design

Design Discussion and Quotation:
Once we receive your form submission, we will promptly get in touch with you to discuss design ideas. We aim to create a costume that aligns with your preferences and expectations. Upon reaching an agreement on the design and overall look, we will prepare a comprehensive quote that includes all associated fees. If you approve the quote, we will send you an invoice for 50% of the total cost.

For customers residing outside the Phoenix Arizona area, please note that a shipping fee will apply (the responsibility for any alterations lies with the customer). Alternatively, we offer the option of a traveling fee, which covers the cost of an airplane ticket for us to personally fit the costume and perform any necessary alterations. The final decision on the choice between shipping or traveling rests with the customer. It is important to mention that our costume prices typically range from $600 to $1200, inclusive of sleeves and a costume bag. Additionally, tiara headpieces are available for an extra $150.

Measurement Process:
Upon receipt of the 50% deposit, we will provide you with a measurement form. If you are located in the Phoenix Arizona area, we will arrange a personal fitting session. For customers residing outside this area, kindly complete the measurement form provided. The form will include detailed instructions to ensure accurate measurements of the dancer. Please email the completed form to dgourley@tutubelleshop.com.

Production and Delivery:
After receiving the dancer's measurements, our skilled team will commence the costume creation process. Please note that our production timeline is typically 4 to 5 months from the date of receiving the measurements. Therefore, we kindly request that you reach out to us as soon as you are aware of your dance or variation.
